Vice President Jessica Alupo has joined 19 heads of State and Government for the inauguration ceremony of Felix Tshisekedi in Kinshasa, who was sworn in on Saturday for a second term as President of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Alupo represented H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at the swearing-in ceremony and conveyed his congratulatory message.
